Ulla Hornfeldt was brought up in Stockholm absorbing Scandinavian design and spent many years in scientific research. In 1978 she turned to Silversmithing and Jewellery in London where her workshop is now she has exhibited widely in the UK, throughout Europe and in Leading American galleries.
Gemstones with strong shapes and unusual markings are the starting point for much of Ulla's jewellery. Inspiration for the work comes from various sources ranging from architecture to natural objects. The jewellery has a sculpted quality designed to complement the lines of the body and will give pleasure to its owner for years.
